Everyone slept well last night but I decided first thing, we would go to the hot springs this morning. Right after breakfast.
I always fall back on something I heard when Amelia was a baby.
When their cranky, put them in the water.
It's a guaranteed way to calm and diffuse crankiness.
It was steaming hot. We stayed in for two hours straight.
I don't think it helped completely but it felt nice to be in the water. Am I ready for tomorrow? My fridge is clean!
so fun and so cute. love that snap of amelia! yep, my friend always says "just add water" or something like that!
happy thanksgiving to you and your beautiful family, kyndale!

Don't know how it worked for your kiddos but warm water always soothes my crankiness! A hot bath (for myself) is my all time favorite night time remedy for a particularly difficult day. Hope the waters worked their magic on your children. Love that last pic of the three of them.
Celine is with me while I'm writing this and we both agreed we'd love to visit this hot spring.
Have a great thanksgiving.

You know what? Even at 18 months (which my son is) this is true. Crankiness is diffused by water. So so so true!
